These situations include manufacturing mistakes, printing errors, faulty stitching, visible defects, or any issue that results from our production or fulfillment process. If you receive an item that is not the color, size, design, or style shown on your order confirmation, we will also handle the return at no cost to you. For these issues, simply contact us right away with your order number and clear photos so we can quickly help you.
Some situations, however, are not eligible for refunds or returns. Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, we cannot accept returns for errors made during the ordering process, such as selecting the wrong size, entering incorrect customization text, or deciding you no longer want the item. Minor color variations caused by screen display differences are also not considered defects.

Once your package arrives at our facility, our team will inspect it carefully to ensure it meets the return guidelines. We’ll email you within 3–5 business days to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If everything checks out, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the processing.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are only covered when the return is due to our mistake.
